They give you points, which you can use on https://zvault.razerzone.com/ to claim for rewards. So yes, they dont (as far as i know) give you any coupon codes here anymore. They just give you zSilver towards your rewards purchases in the Vault

To be honest I´m a bit disappointed right now...
I´m a big Razer fan, i collected right now 17000 ZSilver and spend my complete money (which is not that much cause I still go to school) on Razer Equipment since a few years (First headset was Razer Megalodon, I had to save up my money for nearly a whole year).

So I try everything to get the chroma mug but 100k ... also limited... if i see it realistic I won´t be able to get one. So my only chance is to get one via Ebay completely overpriced - that won´t happen I think....

My only hardware which isn´t from Razer is my mice so I wanted to get that coupon so much... Now they changed the reward system to ZSilver - I don´t feel rewarded anymore. I will never get the chroma mug and to get the Mamba Chroma (which i don´t like as much as the Deathadder Elite) i would need so much ZSilver...

I don´t think that´s a good change they made. I´m a hardcore Razer fan (I always recommend Razer extremely to my friends), even if I don´t have that much money (also was thinking about working at Razer).... So this year I want to get new In-ears, the perfect chance to use the voucher, now theres.... nothing I think ^^

    Thanks for reading btw :D

Old rewards should be good till june, i added a link to them on the original post. I don't play games a ton, i work far too often. But i come here and help out and coerce my friends into buying razer items. I have i -think- maybe 10,000 zSilver and that's it. There is no chance for me to get a mug whatsoever. I do hope you get it when it comes available though!

Oh, so theres still a chance to get the mice  At least that´s something good :)

And I know theres no fair option to give every real Razer fan a mug, but people like you would definitely deserve one... Thumbs up to you and thanks for your positive words :)

Meh... it's free stuff, so why stress? I don't spend money on it, and i don't play more because of it. If I get a free mouse or keyboard, then good. If I don't then I didn't lose anything so who cares? Razer I à company built to be servicing an elite group, hardcore gamers. 99% of users of their gear can't even use it to full potintial. Those elite 99% are more liberal in spending and see Zvault as a bonus, to others it is an incentive to spend and nothing really more

I don´t agree with that, I tryed to develop a own game for the Blackwidow Chroma and also my old Kraken looks very gross cause I used it everyday for atleast a few hours. Also streamers get Razer stuff for free, why not customers who are fans and spend a lot money to Razer gear ?

Streamers get free things to entice them to use their fan base (advertising) to get new purchases. If you stream and talk to 100,000+ people that view it, that's 100,000 people seeing something about a razer product. If only 0.1% buy something off that then that's still 10 sales per video. Whereas you may buy 10-20 Razer items in your lifetime. Its far more lucrative to offer free things to streamers.

Razer is in the business to make money, not just cater to fans. (Though they do a pretty good job of catering to fans as well)

    I
Its different... Streamers bring more PEOPLE, while some bring more money, popularity has more value! What is $200 for Razer? What is $2000 for them? It's nothing, they couldn't care less. But one guy, with a following of 1000 and he endorses and recommends Razer? That's solid gold! That is what companies need and that's why they do it. Free stuff for those who spend money anyways is a nearly meaningless gift. If you need new gear and stuff, why not just buy it? You can't honestly expect Razer to hand you over a new plank because you wore your old one out?

basically this! Even if only 1% buy in from 100k, it's really the amount of people over time! 1 person buying every day for a year is 365... And for those with 200k+ veiwers it's almost surly going to be higher. And for those who have special promotions it's sometimes almost a 20% purchase spike

But I won´t buy a product just because a person promotes it a lot in his stream, specially in these days with a lot of product placement. I would read Amazon reviews and would compare it with other companies. In addition it´s necessary to keep the old fans because a companie where every customer just buys one product will get bankrupt. Razer is doing great as they do, also I was just so confused because there was a date and it looked like they "removed" the old rewards.

Thing is they do keep old fans, they keep them through quality!

I also disagree with this or do you think that a headset should look like this after one year with very careful use ?
I love Razer because they got Chroma and mostly good quality, I had to use my warranty 2 times on my old Megalodon for example...

Hey, @Remamian, thanks a lot for this post, and especially the link to the Rewards codes. Just had an OT month, and finally am able to make a purchase and utilize a code. My heart sank when I happened to check the Rewards page and see that it was not the same.

I'm interested in seeing what the new system does/doesn't do in terms of spam-posting, as it is STILL offering rewards for number of posts, and now for number of likes, too (and followers . . . this could be the beginning of a whole new type of spam posting and people cheating to get likes and followers up). The reward "amount" for doing so is a lot less, so it's definitely skewed against the spammers, and that's good.

I can't believe such a huge change happened in the 12 hours I was away from my laptop. ;)
