  1. I've had my Hammerheads for quite awhile and have loved them so far. However the sound in one of the earbuds was starting to fade so I tried to clean them.

The way I cleaned them was getting a wash cloth a little wet with warm water, and gently brushing that across the earbud (I read this on the Hammerhead manual). When I was doing this the mesh fell off for one of the earbuds. Underneath the mesh there was a ton of ear wax which I cleaned out. However the mesh is still off.

Is there a way I can re-attach this (glue or something), or will they work without it?
Also is there a better way to clean the earbuds?

They will work without it. The mesh is supposed to prevent earwax from getting in.

The Hammerheads will still last without the metal mesh.

Have you tried these ear tips? They might not last as long, but they do have an integrated mesh that prevents wax from getting in.
  3. I'm not to much of a fan of foam ear tips, thanks for the suggestion though.

Do you think I could use a small bit of glue to put the mesh back on?
Also do you have any suggestions for cleaning Hammerheads?
