You will want to make sure that you're running the audio codec with the lowest latency. I highly recommend that you set AAC as default to avoid audio skips and delays. You will have to consult your phone's manufacturer as to how you can go about that. PM me if the problem persists.

    Hello
I have this problem also. I am connecting this for conference call on my Surface Pro.
It keeps disconnecting - seems the earbuds just went off. Then I have to turn it on again.
It seems to detect that it is somehow idle and power off itself.
    Please advise.
    Thank you

    Edit:

I upgraded the firmware via the app from an Iphone and now testing to see whether it is still doing it.

The issue you described should be fixed by the firmware update. Do send me a PM should you need further assistance.

That's too bad then. Have you tried switching Bluetooth codecs? I highly recommend switching to AAC or aptX. That said, please PM me the serial number of the earbuds if the problem persists.
