Hammerhead True Wireless keeps disconnecting

I bought this earbud last week and i have bad experience gaming with this earbuds. The 'gaming mode' is ok with this device. Almost no lag im sure but it will randomly disconnect and i have to long press to recover it (sometimes it will not recover, i have to pair with my phone again). Even play music still the same. Its really anoyying. Cant even play game with this.It happen lot of times. I play pubgm on iphone 8+ btw. Please help me.

You will want to make sure that you're running the audio codec with the lowest latency. I highly recommend that you set AAC as default to avoid audio skips and delays. You will have to consult your phone's manufacturer as to how you can go about that. PM me if the problem persists.

I have this problem also. I am connecting this for conference call on my Surface Pro.
It keeps disconnecting - seems the earbuds just went off. Then I have to turn it on again.
It seems to detect that it is somehow idle and power off itself.
Please advise.

Edit:

I upgraded the firmware via the app from an Iphone and now testing to see whether it is still doing it.

I already update firmware since first day i bought this earbuds. But still the same. I dont know anymore.

That's too bad then. Have you tried switching Bluetooth codecs? I highly recommend switching to AAC or aptX. That said, please PM me the serial number of the earbuds if the problem persists.
