Hammerhead TW cause strange noise

Hello everybody
I have now bought the Hammerhead True Wireless and I have noticed that the headphones make a strange noise when worn. This noise only occurs when you move your head, for example when walking. It sounds as if the technology in the housing is not stuck and moving, which causes the noise. This problem occurs with both headphones.
Can anyone help? Or should I return the headphones and buy new ones?

Hello sir.
Did you actually check TWS headphones on another phone?
I didn't but the strange noise still occurs when unpaired to any device.

Check your device on another phone, then tell if an issue will appear.
The same issue appears when connected to my Surface. I don't have another phone to connect to right now

Try to ask friend, neighbour or mate to use your TWS on his phone for a minute.
Its neccesary to realise, where is the problem (phone/TWS)
thx for understanding.

Hey @G_Leland! Thanks for helping @Mosh_Pitches out.

Hi @Mosh_Pitches. How is it going? Have you tested your Hammerhead TW to a different phone and check if the same behavior happens? Feel free to send me a PM should you need additional assistance.
