Hammerhead TWS Pro right earbud not working

  1. It was working fine a few days ago until yesterday, the right earbud just all of a sudden dead, no audio coming through, no gestures worked. The left earbud however seems to work okay, but I do now notice a very long delay before it would auto connect to my phone, sometimes it would not auto connect at all, I had to manually connect from my phone.

    I've tried trouble shooting myself, here's a list of things I've tried
    1. Putting both earbuds in the case, wait 5 seconds and reopen, but only left bud has power on prompt.
    2. Same as above, but manually turn off left earbud, leaving only the right one in the case and hoped that it would wake up and take over as master (Not sure if the TWS pro works as a master-slave pair but worth a try)
    3. Tried connecting to the Razer Audio app on my phone, but app couldn't find the device (Expected result really, because the app never worked with only one earbud out)
    4. Then I thought maybe the right earbud was just flat and couldn't charge up properly, so I tired putting a foam ear tip in the charging case so that it sits between both earbuds in order to keep them down in the case and charged the whole thing with USB-C over night but it didn't help.

    I appreciate the workarounds you've done so far. By the way, have you also tried performing the steps from this link? Please send me the serial number of your device via PM. That way, I can verify its model and assist you accordingly. Let's take it from there.
