I don't know if anyone has a problem like me but my Razer Insider Account doesn't detect my Razer gears. I have a Blade 15 laptop, Huntsman Elite keyboard and Deathadder V2 mouse but the trophy system only gives me Razer Silver rewards for my Razer Huntsman Elite.
All of my products are authentic and successfully registered on Razer Warranty site as well as Synapse 3 software.
