Have not recieved any shipping information for my order

So recently I bought the Razer Enki, which apparently was having a special deal where I got the Razer Viper Ultimate which is cool. Only Issue is the Viper Ultimate gets here but even after the mouse is already here I havent gotten any information on the chair, besides saying its a 2nd shipment. I have no way to track it or anything as of now. Is this just becausr its a bigger item? Or is there something wrong with my order? Any feedback would be appreciated ❤

The order may still be in progress. Razer has a warehouse in North America, Europe, and the Asia Pacific. The team will contact/check which one has a stock allocation that is ready to be shipped out.
