Haven't received my razer 7.1 activation code yet
I just found out about the razer 7.1 surround sound and I accidently threw away my code and I registered my headset but I haven't received my code yet. What should I do? I have the razer kraken Pro V2

oct 4th huh - its not looking to good is it.
im in similar boat bought headset around a year ago on a massive clearance sale of products from a chain store.
Now nothing .. i just registered the product but id code is where? sure would be good not to have to go through this BS when i already PAID for the product.. Now costing me even more in wasting Time

true it doesn't register I already have a product with 7.1 surround capability

This company needs to be sued in california for its misbehavior. Its clear this is not a random error. They are lying about what they offer to sell older goods.
