Having problems with discounts

Hi, I'm trying to buy a new laptop but the student discounts Razer has provided via email are not working. Yesterday all of the discounts given to me worked just fine. I never truly bought anything with them, I just wanted to see the total I would need to save up and buy the computer but today when I logged in, the website's UI had minor changes and when I put the computer in my cart and try to put the promo codes, none of them worked. I even tried telling my friend to try and do it from her account with her student discounts and it didn't work either. I'm really counting on that discount. Can anyone help me out?
