Since the last update was installed, randomly there will be a loud "pop" in the headphones, then a few seconds of absolute silence, before another "pop" as sound comes back through. Initially, I thought this was a hardware issue, but after testing the headphones on another PC with an earlier version of Synapse, the issue was not there.
It's not only distracting and annoying when listening to music or watching Netflix, but the loud pop really hurts my ears. I can't find how to roll back an update either, so I'm having to sacrifice all my other Razer devices by just disabling Synapse until a patch comes out to fix this.

This is why I ditched Razer :slightly_sad: Just problem after problem. Been razer free for over a month and literally zero issues with Steelseries so far.

What sucks is that Razer support are taking so long to get back to me, that the issue has gotten worse where there is no sound at all after the "pop" noise, unless I restart my PC. I think what started as a software issue has now broken my headphones.
And this support forum is doing nothing to respond...

Sounds about right. Their support is pretty terrible! They will only respond saying "send logs, remove all software and start again"

I couldn't work something out on my steelseries, I raised a ticket with them and had it sorted in 4 hours. I can't praise them enough. Their software is LEAGUES ahead of razer.

I've notice they have released MORE products though including a new mouse, keyboard and headset! Yet again failing to mention the software is beta. Bloody jokers!

RAZER, how about you fix your damn software as a 1000% priority and STOP releasing new products until you do!

Can't wait until someone takes them to court!
