Greetings everyone! I know we've all talked quite a bit about how we transport our headphones, headsets, in-ear headsets, etc -- but, what if Razer just made a hard-side case that fit that all their headphones?? Sure, the Hammerheads have their little round carry case, which is quite awesome by the way, but what about the Krakens, Adaros, Tiamats, etc?? So, that's my suggestion - a nice hard-side style case, maybe something similar to what the Sabertooth comes in, that fits all of the over the head / covers the ears types of headphones so we don't have to get creative about how to transport them to LAN parties and such. And, of course, put a beautiful Razer logo right in the middle. lol Anyone else think that would be a nice, or think they have a better case idea for headphones that Razer could make use of?
A case by beats would probably be the same quality as their headphones, the first time you spill water on it it would start to dissolve or something like that. Better take a plastic bag in this case.
I use the ammo pouch for my chroma Kraken 7.1. They fit well but anhard case would be better for my Adaros the ear pieces dont bend in like the Kraken so they don't fit in the ammo pouch. A hard case that would fit both styles(separately) would be awesome
That would be nice to have. Currently I just stuff them in my backpack, I would prefer a safer way to make sure they don't get damaged.
The tactical bag does not come with a headphone case, it's a pouch that the headset goes over, kind of like how it goes on your head; but the inside of that pouch has a small compartment for storage.
Yea, this works well for me and I usually put my mouse inside the pouch. It does take up a lot of space though so a hard case may still be beneficial.
I can't speak for others, but for myself, I already have a Razer backpack. Matter of fact, I have the Tactical Backpack and on Tuesday my Ammo Pack should arrive as well. However, I'm a firm believer in having a good solid case while transporting my nice, expensive, headsets. You can never gurantee the safety of your bag 100% and it could potentially be tripped over, stepped on, dropped, squished, etc. I would not want my headphones just sitting in a pocket inside. I'd want them to have a more solid protective shell around them. This is one of the reason's I haven't purchased a third headset yet. I have the Tiamat 7.1 for my home PC and Hammerhead Pros that I use on my phone and laptop. However, sometimes, I'm not in the mood for in-ear sound while I travel and I think a nice set of headphones would be cool to have around. But, I don't want to risk taking them with me if I'm not comfortable with how they're stored inside the backpack.
Yup hard shell case would be nice when you get £100+ headphones like the ones beats include. I don't travel a lot but when I do I would prefer to have them safe in my backpack.
