Headset/Mic Disconnects Randomly

Hi all,

I recently purchased two Razer BlackShark V2 headsets (the first was returned due to this issue but the replacement is having the same issue). I did NOT have this issue with my older Razer headset which finally died after many years of long service.

Symptom: Headset and mic both disconnect randomly while playing various games (E.g. Devour and Dead by Daylight)

Temporary Resolution: 1) Unplugging and plugging back in the USB resolves the headset part of the problem, then 2) for the mic, I have to do step #1 and then leave Discord call completely and join back in before the mic is detected again (even though Discord detects it in the Voice -> Test Mic prior to leaving the call)

I'm thinking it's probably a driver issue (???) at this point since the replacement should have ruled out hardware problems with the headsets themselves, and since my computer handled the prior headset fine. However, the drivers appear to be installed correctly since I now have the Razer Synapse app and have both "THX Spatial Audio" and "Razer USB Sound Card" audio devices on my computer after installing the new headsets (defaults to THX Spatial Audio and it works fine through my Insignia speakers without killing the sound, but dies randomly through headset)
