Headset not showing on Synapse.

I keep running into this issue on and off over the years, and still when I look around the web I never find a solution. Just a heap of people having the same issue it's either anger at Razer for creating such crappy software or a member of Razer giving the old copy and paste "Please PM us and maybe we can help"

I cant find a proper answer from Razer to get around this nor has half the people I talk to on live chat got the slight idea on a fix.

Has someone from the community got any ideas or is it time to swap out to a new brand?
