headsets disconnecting and reconnecting

hi,
i have a Razer Cynosa keyboard, and razor Diamondback mouse, i just recently got a Nari headset, which was disconnecting, and reconnecting, so i took it back to the place i purchased, went to a different store and bought a Razer black shark V2 Pro thinking with a higher price tag, and better components i wouldn't have the same issue... but here i am... every time it disconnects, my keyboard lights go off and come back on, its really annoying as i've spent extra to get better stuff and still having the same issue. i really like my Razer stuff and hope there is a fix for this.

so, a little update, i took synapse off my pc entirely thinking it was that causing the issue. it seems to still be doing it. i also now have the headset directly plugged into a usb. and no change.

Does the headset still gets detected in the Device Manager? Let's try to isolate the problem by following the steps on this link. If the issue persists, PM me the serial number of your headset. I can use that to verify its model and look for other possible solutions.
