The current meta is oscilating around aggressive decks. Warlocks, hunters even mages have their aggro decks - some more, some less gimmicky. Recently shaman got its very aggresive, a bit yolo deck focusing on Mechs

What do you guys think about this state of the game? Do you think it's cool that the ladder is currently dominated by mostly aggresive decks, which in fact are quite strong? Does it irritate you that you have to face hunters, warlocks and mech mages all the time?

As an MTG player, I'd wish there's more of casual decks than everyone picking a netdeck in the struggle up the ladder.
  3. Everyone is looking on Hearthpwn.com and i dont know which sites.
If one deck is popular its already beeing countered...

Thats the thing i hate here.

Playing Druid for a long long time, already being golden, so its 500+ ranked wins, now struggling with even getting above rank 10, because everyone is already playing the same shit. Now being countered with every card...
I think i just gonna take a break from it till the Blackrock expansion comes out.
  4. I play both MTG and Hearthstone and I love control. I have been stacking each of my HS decks with tons of removal and sustain so I can ROFL stomp their end game. Yes, it makes games longer, however, it is the most effective and FUN way to play (IMO). Here are a few recipes to try:
    • Mill druid but add in Clockwork Giant and Malorne for persistent annoyance (don't forget Dancing Swords).
    • Demon Warlock with every minion removal card + Demon Heart and Bane of Doom (all hail RNGesus)
    • Standard control warrior with lots o' whirlwind mechanics.
Now I have tried the the mid-range aggro Rogue that plays well against aggro that combines Iron Sensei, Junkbot, and Hobgoblin w/ 1 attack mech for a seriously fun counter to the meta. It only has a 55% win rate... but still worth a few games.
