Hello Gamer , .. About lumbar support on Razer Iskur

So I finally got my razer Iskur chair after 3 weeks of waiting , today I assembled it and was ready to go , but saddly the lumbar support is not working for me :slightly_sad: , I watched videos by razer ( it was how to adjust the tension of the cable and to have it 7mm away and to switch it counter clock wise, if you watched that video you will understand what Iam talking about.)), well that also did not help , anyone has anotjer solution for me to help me to get it fixed ? Thank you .
Also saw other people owners on reddit are complaining for the same problem that did not find a solution yet .
