Hello I have a problem with my Kraken TE Black

The playback plays crazy. I have already reset and reinstalled the software (Razer Synapse) several times.

Currently, the playback is only via the channel Headphones (Razer Audio Controller - Game).
When I set the playback to THX Spatial Audio, no sound comes from the headset.
I have already tried everything possible and currently do not know how to help myself. I've even reset my entire PC.

I need help 😞
