[Help] I can't redeem my Mobile Legends diamonds. It always say "Error occured". I don't know what kind of error occured!

@vmhp1 Have you tried reaching out to our Razer Gold Team? If you haven't yet, please submit a ticket here.

When submitting a ticket, please include the following:

  • Razer ID
  • Screenshot of the payment made
  • Providing time & date of the transaction
