HI,
I am in the UK and have sent my laptop in for repair end of Jan 2022, got a email a week or so later to say the unit is going to be exchanged which is great.
However we are now the 1st of March I dont even know what it is being swapped for and the support updates which I have many just keep updating saying please wait 1-2 days for another update and say there out of stock at the repair center.
I have tried to ring the german supoort number a couple of times, but get the same please wait and we will get back to you.
I have the elite care on the machine, but there seems no end in sight at the moment or when I will get a machine back.
Does anyone have any ideas what is going on?
