Hello guys,

Since my Razer naga hex, and my Razer mamba (wireless) past out (after good years of great services)
I decided to buy this week-end The new Razer Naga Trinity.
It is the third day i'm using my new babe but i just can't let my hand on it.

Firstly :

1.It's too hot where the razer logo stand and all around it. With the luminosity at a 100% I feel like like my hand could be like a hot burger.

2.I have tried to cut the lights under the razer logo and only use those for the side buttons and it's better but after 5 min i have to cutt it off or put the luminosity at about 15 % and wait for a few minutes to put my hand again on it ( razer logo "off").

3. I have tried with all the effect off : After an half hour, my hand is sweaty but i don't feel a lot of heat.I can't understand it because that never happened to me before "no matter what razer mouse i used plus i'have always had dry hands.

So my questions : Is there a way to solve that issue ? Like a shell for it or a way to change it's shell ? What is that materia on it anyway ?

Secondly : I have no grip at all on it except if I apply a lot of pressure. the right grip don't grip. is there other grip i could apply on it ?

First of all sorry for my bad english and have a good day. I want to keep that mouse and find a way to be confortable with it. But For now it's more a pain than a joy.

I honestly would probably just exchange it and get a Basilisk X HyperSpeed Wireless instead of the Naga Trinity. The Basilisk X HyperSpeed just came out and is really comfortable and weighs like 3 ounces and for $60 USD, can't go wrong with it as it's basically got everything but the Chroma and the DPI Clutch (Chroma does not come with it to enhance battery life).

I suggest this because its a great upgrade over the Mamba Wireless hands down any day/time as I haven't met a single soul who loves their Mamba mouse (all folks I talk to about Mamba mice just dislike them).

Actually, i will listen to you and give it a try but i bought the trinity only for the 12 buttons that i needed for mmo, I used to play fps with the mamba , moba with the hex and for me the hex was too short in buttons for the mmo.
Now beside all this I wonder if that sound is quiet normal to you on the trinity ?

That's was for the right side and now for the Left when i press the button form the bottom :

(actually the 7 and the 12 works pretty well)

just to be sure if i wanted to switch to a new one if it will get the same sound issue (cause it'll means it's her normal state of production). Right part of this "naga trinity" that i received seems to have too much "emptyness?" "play?" on it's middle right part below : all the body part from the middle right to the top right do a strange soundlike if the right part of the mouse was detached too soon of it's body.. I'm waiting for razer support but maybe you know that issue so i could win time for the product return if I had to do it.
I still have Razer faith and crossing finger, it's just a miss of luck that i got a trinity in that state and that i'll just have to exchange that new trinity for another one.

If it's not i'll probably get the Basilisk and forget about it.

And thank to you very much, again apologies for my bad english, and thank you for your time !

I just bought the Basilisk X HyperSpeed the day after it was released... works good so far, and its also nice n light too and not as heavy as the Ultimate version. I have a Lithium battery installed in my Basilisk X HyperSpeed and it almost feels like the same weight as the Viper 2019 😉
