HELP! Razer Mouse randomly disconnecting (Naga X)

I got back into MMOs (mainly Final Fantasy 14) and bought a Naga X MMO mouse back in February to make things a bit more bearable on my end and the mouse worked perfectly fine up until now. While I was in the middle of playing FF14, the mouse suddenly disconnects. I unplugged and plugged the wire back in and as soon as it connects, the mouse disconnects a few seconds later.

I already tried uninstalling and reinstalling Synapse but that didn't do anything. I also removed the drivers from Device Manager and restarted my laptop and still NOTHING! Not once did I ever have this issue with my Basilisk V2 which I've had for about 2 years now. Heck, the Basilisk still works even when Synapse isn't even installed. Some people from Reddit suggested downloading software/firmware updates for mouse issues such as this but there's nothing available for the Naga X.

Any help would be appreciated because otherwise I'm just gonna have to buy a different MMO mouse.

UPDATE: I also tried the methods mentioned in this video since it worked for some people but unfortunately that didn't help me either.

Hi there! I appreciate that you exhausted an array of troubleshooting steps on your own, and thanks for providing comprehensive details about the issue. Please ensure that the device is plugged in directly to a PC and not a USB hub. Also, perform a clean uninstall with your device's driver as it possibly fixes the issue. Should the problem persists, send me a PM with the serial number to validate the warranty status of your device for RMA options.
