Help with Chroma control of RGB header through MSI Mystic Light

Hi guys,

I purchased the Blackwidow Elite keyboard and Deathadder V2 mouse with the hope of using Synapse 3 to control my RGB through the MSI Mystic Light with my B550 Tomahawk and I cannot for the life of me get Chroma to control the RGB headers on the motherboard!

Mystic Light can control the RGB on the motherboard, the RGB on my G.Skill Trident Neo memory and the RGB header for the Cooler Master Hyper 212 RGB fan but as soon as Chroma takes control with Game Sync the fan drops to a constant red. This is the same on the other RGB headers from the motherboard

I have the up to date version of Dragon Centre and Synapse 3 and have uninstalled both programmes multiple times and reinstalled them in different orders. Nothing has seemed to work.

I have searched the forums for a solution but found nothing of any real use.

If anyone has any ideas I would be very grateful.
