Hello everyone.

Some problems with my order from yesterday.
I ordered a headset and received the confirmation E-Mail. Now I noticed that I apparently gave the wrong ZIP Code (destination Country is Germany).
So I tried loging in, and used the button "login with google" - that worked, but since my the gmail adress differs from the one I used on my order, it seems I am logged in with a wrong account, since no orders show up when I tried looking it up.
So I tried logging in with my Mail that I used to order the headset. Clicked "forgot password" but never received an E-Mail which let me reset the password.
So it seems I cannot log in to view my Order Status, clicking "View order Status" in the Mail that I received (from the order) just shows an "Error Occured Message".
So basically I need a way to correct the Zip Code and maybe view my order status.
Any help is greatly appreciated.
