help with new razer 2020

Hey Everyone,

Wanted the community's take on this.

Just purchased a new razer blade 15 advanced 2020 edition. Out of the box, it did not appropriately boot up and it appears to be perpetually sleeping and unable to advance to the startup screen so I can properly use the computer. The screen remains blank and the chroma keyboard is on but no amount of typing can turn the computer on. After 5-6 attempted restarts, one of those times allows me to get to the mainscreen. However, when you turn the system off, it defaults to the problem above where its stuck in a perpetual off/sleep mode.

Has anyone else experienced this with a new product or is there something I need to do in order to get it to start up correctly. Any advice from community or support would be greatly appreciated.
