I need to open my keyboard to replace a broken switch but something in the upper part is holding me back from opening it fully.

Can't find one, but look in youtube or other video references on how to breakdown the keyboard.
The next stage is replacing the switch. I believe the switches are soldiered onto the board, so you will need soldering equipment to action it yourself or take it to an electronics specialist.

I already searched the whole internet, I can't seem to find help with my model, shame I already have the soldering equipment ready and can't open the keyboard.
It should have similar design to the BW Chroma V2. Maybe something around the cable is holding it?
Pull all keycaps. There's few screws underneath, need to be unscrewed, then you should be able to remove the front plate, there's a second (white) plate, that is holding PCB to bottom case.
