Guys, I'm having some trouble with the new Razer Surround software.
A few years ago I bought a Razer Kraken Pro Neon Red Gaming headset and downloaded the Razer Synapse 2.0 with the Surround software, I registered my product code and activated all software functionality.
But today, when I downloaded the new Razer Synapse and logged in with my account that has my Kraken registered, I get the message that I have to register a Razer product to activate the program. In the meantime I ended up losing the box containing my Kraken info, how can I proceed in this situation? will i really have to buy another product?

Man, i am having the same problem, but with a Kraken Pro 7.1. When i log in, it says "Razer Surround is not activated in this account" and I don't know what to do... I hope Razer members could help with this one
