Help with Razor Synapse 3.0

Hello, Id like to program my Naga Trinity to change its static color based on the selected sensitivity stage it is on, letting me know mid game what sensitivity it is set at. I cant find any information online through Google Search and can't search through the threads to try and find an answer if this question has already been asked. I cant contact customer service bc they will not give me the email, phone number, or chat option after selecting help with software, which tells me they dont know how to use it either or don't care to offer support unless Im buying something. This software is unbelievably unintuitive, iCUE by corsair is far better. I was able to configure my old mouse to do this in a matter of mins, while with this mouse ive been running in circles for over an hr. Now im running in circles trying to get some help from someone who knows whether or not this is even possible to do on this mouse/software and if it is where's the genius who can tell me how to do it?
