my problem about razer central is don't start or start with black window
i restart my laptop, restart razer severs, repair it and uninstall but problem still here
please i want a solve because i can't use my mouse.
my mouse: razer basilisk x hyperspeed.
It stays on this black screen and doesn't work.

I have same Problem on my gaming PC but on my Work laptop it works fine....
Have you fix it?

Check if you have newest version of .net installed. Also check for MS Visual C++ - but in this case sometimes uninstalling/reinstalling helps.

If you haven't try Synapse clean reinstall try these steps:

  • Uninstall Synapse
  • Download & run this tool: https://rzr.to/Tf53xj to remove any razer drivers/leftovers
  • Then restart your PC
  • After reboot install Synapse again (as administrator).
