I am trying to remove my 2-step verification because I just changed phone and would like to enable the 2-step verification on my new phone. However, I cannot seem to log in to that particular page:




I am very sure the password is right because I can log out and in of this forum without any issues...

Emailed Razer support team, and after a whole week, I am still unable to get it solved, but that's not the point. The point is that the Razer support team DOES NOT bother reading your emails, they just assume your issues are solved when they are not. And what pisses me off is that, it happened TWICE. See screenshots below:




Been a Razer fan for years and never had issues with support until now.
