How about making a new type of mouse?

I have had about 10 mice over the 30 years now and they have come a long way. Where i have had a problem with, even with a special mousemat, is cleaning them regulary so they move smooth. Now my idea was to lift the mouse 2 mm from the surface by tiny balls, two on the frontside and one in the rear. We can call it hoop :smile_:.
Is this a good idea or too far fetched?
