Go in razer website and support. Type product number and choose the first answer . and choose audio after that
Look under the left ear cup and normally it will be there .

Oh, thanks bro, but I already have the serial number, my problem is it with the product number in which this case has only in the box 😨

I have the same problem but Razer give me this number and this is wrong :(((

Send the serial numbers of the devices you want to register to me. I can use those to get you the correct product number.
