My experience with the Singapore (Asia Pacific) store here. Just to give a bit of perspective of how crazy the demand is:
    • I wanted to get the Razer Naga Epic Chroma and I had it in my cart.
    • I clicked the button to apply the code at 10:00:02.
    • The page took 6-7 seconds to refresh.
    • At 10:00:10, it was marked as sold out in my cart.
Yep, gone in less than 10 seconds. I did, however, manage to get a Razer Naga Chroma within the next 30 seconds (surprised af as I failed last year in getting the Ouroboros). Do note that I had all my credit card profiles saved, and any extra things requiring entry were all saved on a notepad, ready to be entered.

I guess the best window to buy anything is when everyone is caught up in the refresh cycle for buying the most popular items (E.g. Ouroboros, wireless Chroma items). Many tend to wait for a few minutes, or even mindlessly refresh, causing them to get trapped on items that are already sold out.

If possible, quickly use the opportunity to buy your second choice item, while everyone is distracted ><
