How make your Wheel Scroll working

I have a Tartarus Pro.
The wheel scroll will not work if you bind to common keys (a-Z 1-0 etc)
The games will not response.
(Actually, this problem occur on all programmable wheel scroll)

Recently, I figure it out. you have to bind to MOUSE BUTTON

For example, bind to "mouse button 4" then your game will response normally.
(at the same time, your mouse button 4 map to common keys)
