my razer mouse scroll wheel not working properly i need replacement or repair. where is option i can claim warranty. its very difficult to find any option. i tried diagnostics from razer and its redirecting to same page after i click contact support.

The Real answer is finding a better company, because Razer doesn't give a shit. - I've Been in a constant battle for a literal 30-day support ticket. because my product was a Blackshark V2 Pro Wireless headset. the fucking S/N was missing from out of the box. and they've been playing game nonstop, dealt with over 10 different employees some at which I believe are actually illiterate, because they couldn't even read their own team members responses let alone look at attachments of my PDF receipt from Amazon where i purchased the product.

I literally got " League of Legends Toxic " with them, and they finally decided to work with me because i told them to KYS. sadly, but true, I didn't see any results till then... they kept running me around in a circle, not wanting to honor their' manufacturing warranty

because I literally had people said I was missing X file or Y receipt. literally when you follow their instructions to go to your reseller and invoice and print to PDF, it will have your timestamp when you printed the document... I Took screenshots of and HIGHLIGHTED them because clearly, they couldn't read.

Now that it FINALLY went to the Escalation Team, ( Which are the same people by the way, so don't get your hopes up, because they can't do their job correctly at level 1 technical support,) and they proved they can't do their jobs at the "Escalation Team" because when they finally "approved" my replacement, they didn't send me a link, and when they did it was in my spam folder, and EXPIRED. (Meanwhile I've contacted them multiple times since they sent me my RMA link. and they haven't responded to me in over 1 week.... now it says they received my headset (Which is clearly still in my house,) ......They're stalling (because in December they shut down their repair facilities for half the month, till the new year for me, because my assumption is I'll get a reply saying " sorry but your warranty is now void due to the product being more than X years) since I purchased the headset in 2021 and it's going to be 2023 soon...

I'm going to start spreading my ticket to social media, people who haven't purchased Razer products deserve to know Razer will gladly sell you defective products out of the box new; then fight you for replacements or returns, because even if you manage to get them to say yes to the replacement, they can simply decline your request at the repair facility and deny/void you of your replacement. especially if the product is expensive; they can say "oh we found negligence etc. and basically deny you.

Their customer support is so incompetent that they couldn't be trusted around plastic bags because they might suffocate themselves... as they should.

Short Answer,
You're probably not getting a replacement...

Because Razer is a Scumbag Company and people should find a more honorable company who actually cares about their clients.

@frontWinterWizard152  the reason why you cant get a refund is if you read the refund policy you can only get a refund if you bought it from the official razer website or if you got it in store with a reciept but because you got it on a 3rd party website you wont be able to apply for your warranty. long story short your not getting anything.

@Vidwat where did you buy your mouse from?
