How to erase a linked game from a profile for good?

I have a problem adding / linking a game to a profile. Rebel Galaxy Outlaw.

As you can see, Synapse 3 automatically added the launcher of the game, but now it wont let me link the game exe (RebelGalaxyEGS.exe). Maybe I confused the programm because I tried to be clever and clicked on the "Ändern" (change) button there, to change the path to the actual game executable. It didn't stick though. My guess is that Synapse now thinks that the link is pointing to the game exe, but it still points to the launcher.

I guess the simplest way to resolve this is to remove this link completely, purge this game from the linkable games list...but how does one even do this?

I've been using Synapse 3 for months now and never saw a button for erasing games from the list. The only way Synapse 3 does this automatically is uninstalling that game, but I also saw game profiles reappear on their own after I reinstalled a game again. So it's still not a sure way to get rid of linkable games in the list.

How do I do it? Please! Thank you. :)

You want to remove the device profile or chroma profile ? For chroma you have iwb profile or this from sync module that is pre-installed ?

I'm afraid I don't understand the question. But just in case I also wasn't able to make myself clear, here...I want to erase that game profile there in that list, for good, so that I can add it again from scratch:

I think the quick way will be to remove synapse and install again so the list of games will erase after uninstall when you install again you can add it again. Not the best and quick way but work for sure.

Well...it's a cloud based driver, the profiles are synced. They will come back. ^^

Not going to lie though, I did not like this feature at first, but I upgraded my system a few days agao and reinstalled Windows and Synapse along with it...having the profiles and settings just downloaded from the cloud was hella convenient. :D

ON cloud you have synapse settings and profiles. Games sync with your pc when synapse recognize you have certein game add to library or i'm missing something.

What you mean "ON cloud"? Is there a way to access the profiles stored in the cloud and erase certain connected game profiles there? If so, how? Thanks in advance.

So for profiles synapse sync every profile you have on synapse app device settings and chroma light every time when you create, remove or make a change to profile there is sync your pc via to razer cloud. Ig you want to remove profile you go into device/chroma module and select profile near window on middle you have tree dots and click there is delete and it's remove the profile from pc and cloud. If you want to remove the location of game exe you can only unlink game from profile and path will erase from profile but the issue is like i write above synapse scan for games you have on your hard drive. The best way to try this is unlink game from all profiles you have connected and sync profiles with changes and when your game is not detected by synapse you can add manual by search a exe file. From synapse you dont have edit function to change the path or remove the game.

I tried to trick the driver by erasing the game exe (and launcher.exe it was originally refering to). This was yesterday. When I started my computer today I hoped that the game is missing from the list of linkable games. Sadly it is not. It is still there, but with an exclamation mark, suggesting it cannot find the game. I repaired the game via the launcher, profile is there again.

But...maybe you are actually talking about some direct access to the cloud, not via the Synapse software on my pc? Maybe I misunderstood you.

As of now it seems I cannot get rid of a profile unless I reset all my devices and the driver, starting from scratch. A remarkable design flaw in my honest opinion, because I'm obviously not in control of what the software wants to be connected to. :slightly_sad:
