My Blade Razer 15 base is not connecting to WiFi. Both Ubuntu and Windows can't connect. All my other computers and phones work fine. I need to get customer support but found that I can't submit my case. The page of support let me input some information like serial number etc and I did, but after that the 'Submit' button is not submitting anything! Totally not able to submit my request. What should I do?? Please help!!

Is the wifi module visible in the device manager in OS? How about drivers? Are they installed?
Be sure, that you don't have some flight mode activated in OS, also you can check for setting in BIOS (maybe it's turned off).

For submitting support case go to: https://mysupport-po.razer.com/
If it's somehow not working for you, please try different browser.

Thank you for your reply! But the weblink you posted led me to a Polish version site. When I changed the language to English, it came back to the site that I used but not working. I have tried Firefox and Chrome, both browsers can't submit my request. Nothing happens when you click on 'Submit' 😞
Under the 'network adapters', I don't see that "killer wireless...." option at all. Because there is no wifi, I can't do anything in 'troubleshoot' of 'settings' either.

The WiFi worked before, suddenly it stopped working today. This is a new laptop I purchased from Amazon this past summer. It is also my first Blade Razer.

You can try with showing hidden devices in device manager or you can try searching for a new devices.
Showing hidden devices in device manager is not working. Still don't see it.

Razer blade use killer wireless? I think it doesn’t use it anymore since old blade 14 and old blade stealth with old design, instead now Intel. If it’s intel try grab the driver from their website and install it, or use ethernet to update windows (happened to my other laptop, similar loosing Wifi suddenly, solved by updating windows).

Thank you for your reply!

For some unknown reason it came back to normal today. Now it connects WiFi without problem.... I have no idea what happened yesterday.

The "killer wireless..." option does not appear under 'network adapters'. The lack of wifi also prevents me from doing anything in 'troubleshoot' of 'settings, but today it's not.The laptop is a new one that I purchased this past summer from Amazon. I also feel grateful to have gotten the chance to test Blade Razer.
