How to keep backlight ON ALWAYS?

I have eyesight problems. I need the backlight on AT ALL TIMES NO MATTER WHAT
It is EXTREMELY DISTRACTING AND DISORIENTING when the backlight turns off. I loose my place.

Is there a way to do this when using the 2.4 GHZ dongle wireless?
PLEASE I sure hope so.

Have you tried setting your Chroma effect as static? Ensure that the keyboard's lighting properties that will switch off the Chroma lighting when the display is turned off or when idle for minutes are disabled (no checkmarks). Please refer to the screenshot below:
