How to tell if my battery is swollen

I think my battery is swollen but I'm not sure how to tell. The lower right and left sides are protruding a bit and come back put when pressed. I'm pretty sure it's the Razer Blade Stealth 13", I bought it refurbished around this time of year in 2017 so the warranty is expired. Is there another way to tell if the battery is swollen and if it is what should I do about it?

That's a sign of a bulging battery. Check if your laptop's touchpad is protruding or pushed upward. By the way, your laptop is part of your discontinued products. Razer doesn't manufacture parts that belong to the list to perform the necessary repairs as this product has been retired. I’ll be locking this thread now.
