How to transfer my Razer Cortex playtime to another PC?

I got a new laptop in the beginning of this year and seeing the 2022 recap from Spotify, steam, and etc. I remembered about Razer Cortex tracking my playtime and got curious how much playtime I will spent next year (in 2023) plus my old playtime. So I downloaded Razer Cortex on my new pc(laptop) and logged into the same account as the one on my old pc but it doesn't seem like my playtime got transferred over. So I am just wondering if its possible to transfer my old playtime from my old pc to my new pc.

Hey there!

Thank you for sharing your issue with us here. My name is Krissy from the Razer Cortex PC team. I am delighted to be of your assistance.

Did you update your Razer Cortex from 9.x to 10.x? If yes, the gameplay time will be reset after the update as both versions use different methods to store data. Razer Cortex 9.x saves data on your local PC while Razer Cortex 10.x stores your data on the cloud. So, if you reinstall Razer Cortex 9.x, the gameplay time will be reset. But if you reinstall Razer Cortex 10.x, the gameplay time will not be lost.

Razer Cortex can restore the Playtime of games from supported gaming platforms once Razer Cortex is connected to these platforms. The supported platforms are Steam, GOG Galaxy, and Ubisoft Connect. But the Playtime of games that belong to unsupported platforms or websites cannot be restored.

Hope my explanation is clear enough. We appreciate your patience.

ah okay, thanks you!

I've tried to get Razer Cortex connected to Steam but it doesn't seem like it changed it or anything at all. So I don't really know if I connected Steam at the wrong place but here are some screenshot.

And just to confirm, I can't get those playtime back from games that aren't supported?
Hey there!

From your screenshot, Steam has been connected to Razer Cortex successfully. If the gameplay time is not synced in MY LIBRARY > Summary, please click the Refresh icon.

Yes, the gameplay time will not be restored on unsupported platforms.

It doesn't seem to be syncing still when I clicked on the refresh icon. I also tried restarting my pc just incase, but that doesn't seem to have an effect either.
Hey there!

Thank you for your fast feedback. Could you please provide us with your Razer Cortex logs via PM? We can figure out the causes by investigating your Razer Cortex logs.

I’ve been gaming on a laptop for a while and I’m building a new gaming pc soon and I’m wondering how I’m going to copy games from the laptop to the new system because I want both to have games, and downloading all of them off steam again wouldn’t be optimal because I have like 500kbps Wi-Fi
