Super jelly of those UK speeds. I actually dont care though, as long as my internet is faster than 30mbps(Im from the AOL days). HOWEVER verizon fiber optics was nailing me 50-70mbps. Now im back on Time Warner which struggles to maintain 25 mbps. I NEVER pay for internet that has data caps. Google fiber is looking promising.
I have mediacom i get about 20ms and 100mb on most days but I do have a 1tb data cap which can limit me from say streaming and uploading videos : /
Download: 152 mbit/sec Upload: 4,30 mbit/sec Ping:44ms it's not the worst but not fast enough for me ..
Really? You got TWC and they throttled you? I got it too and they don't throttle me. My speed seems very accurate when gaming, only youtube slow at certain hours but this isnt all TWC fault, youtube could be blame for this since it is peak hour when it started lagging. They gave me some really good pricing for the speed im getting so for me I have really good experience with them. Im running roughly 250Mbps and Im only paying under 40 with modem rental included. I dont think Charter or ATT can beat that price for that speed.
I only have around 250 KB(download speed) per sec and 50 KB (upload speed) per sec!And what's funny is it's not my internet, it's the PC itself!
Icuse Videotron and it usually works fine but for some reason it keeps disconnecting my bro's laptop from the internet unless it's plugged into the motom
I get 50mbps for $60 (ya, canada is expensive). I'm having a problem with my wifi where the internet will randomly drop for a few minutes. Anyone else ever have this problem?
It happens to us sometimes but I fell like that is just from the pressure of all the device that are using it at once
I just got a free upgrade to 500 mbps today. Still, my WiFi signal is too bad. My modem is too old, planning to get a new asus ones which look like a alien robot.
about 50 mbps down and 10 down. i do notice the throttle sometimes, especially when i play league of legend
I live in Australia, I have crap internet, I kill myself everytime I say it, 1.5mbs down and 0.75up, yes I know I can barely watch a 1080p youtube video without buffer. let alone stream with gamecaster at anything more that 360p
