I have a small issue with my Hunstman Analog.
Every so often while gaming it will seem as if a key is sticking until I press it again. Ie, If I press W to go forward and then let it go, the character will continue to move forward until I tap W again at which point it will stop.
I used W as an example but it can be any key.
I have performed a complete clean install of synapse 3, made sure windows is fully updated, unplugged and reseated the usb cable (directly into my pc, not a usb hub), changed lighting profile (clutching at straws already) and even tried without wrist rest (someone on reddit said this helped.....it didnt).
This happens whether using game linked profiles or not and happens when analogue keys are not bound.
I love the keyboard and really dont want to have to refund, does anyone have any idea how to solve this?

That could be caused by accumulated dust under the switches. Please try using a can of compressed air and direct the air underneath the W key. Also, here's a guide on how to clean your keyboard. If the problem persists, send me a message so we can look into possible firmware solutions.
