Hi, i bought this keyboard 2 months ago. Today i was watching some videos and casually i saw the keyboard with lights off. I try to click keys but it wasn't working. I try to unplug and plug in but there is no power.... Someone can help me?

"no power" as in the keyboard is not functional at all?
Try plug to a different USB port
