    Hi ! I just bought this brand new keyboard which is just awesome, I like it a lot. But I just noticed a problem:

Some people give the handle rest as a disconnected solution to no longer have this problem, I find it a bit abused not to be able to take advantage of this keyboard extension .... I am therefore looking for a solution to this problem, I do not think that the concern comes from my keyboard (physically) but rather a software problem.

    I have the same issue. Might have to do a return exchange for a blackwidow v3 unfortunately. I should have to pay over $200 to consistently have to detatch a keyboard.

    i have same issue here with Blackwidow Elite and not in games only its happen while typing too and not specified keys its happen with random keys
    what should i do
    (I bought it brand new since 6 months)

    Issue was solved by closing Synapse. Razer had me send logs. Its software, which sucks because the actuation is controlled by software.

    I'm on the same boat but might be a bit worst.

    Most of the time when I copy and paste it will spam vvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvv
    Or if I alt tab from a game it will spam tab etc.

    Very frustrating......... I bought it through a local store here in our country and razer refused to help me because apparently the store I purchased it from is not an authorized seller despite being the biggest carrier of razer in the country (datablitz).

    I have the same issue and would love to hear a good solution, for a brand new keyboard of this price it feels really bad to have these problems

    I came from using all steelseries gears (3 years) and although I had an issue with my mouse, they replaced it immediately. I just didn't like their wireless mouse as I hate charging through a wire but I regret it even more that I switched everything to razer (I don't like using multiple software hence when I change one, I change all).

    P.S. Struggled typing this reply because my keyboard (huntsman elite) keeps acting up lol

    I have same problem in my analog v2 Huntsman..pressed buttons "wasdddws" in games my heroes moved... I can't controll him...only help its switch off synapse...
  11. hi, any solution for this? because I bought a new one and after 10-20 minutes of use I got programm stuck on the key "D". And i curious about that while auto switches profile my keyboard need like 30 sec to start work properly.(after switch profile my keyboard response with big delay and don't response on some press key. but after around 30 seconds all work fine)

    I have to completely shut down Synapse for my keyboard to function as intended. Which sucks because I bought it for Synapse....

    Have you contacted our Support Team? Also, did you install the latest Razer Synapse 3.0 update?
