Huntsman mini broke my windows

    presento el mismo problema con razer hunstman mini aun despues de instalar el ultimo firmware de febrero , no reconoce las letras del teclado w, o ,p ,i

    Hi I am using the Razer Huntsman TE and having the same issue on every windows restart and only solution is unplugging and plugging back into the keyboard after restart, using an i7-9700k and windows 10

    support just wants us to wait for a fix with no ETA.
    i tried the AGESA 1.2.0.2 bios update on my asus rog strix x570 motherboard and still dosnt fix this problem with huntsman keyboards
    i just want a working keyboard, do any of you know which keyboards do not have this problem?

    This is dumb. Right before the Razer Firmware update, razer offered to replace my Razer Huntsman Mini with an Elite due to the bug. Now after the firmware update, it seems that other bugs still happen. Razer offered to give back the Huntsman mini for the elite, but I am so confused if I should do so, due to the bugs. Also I opened the case in November and they did this to me. This is my first time purchasing a gaming keyboard and I hated the experience. Never buying from razer in the future.

  10. estamos en la misma situación y sin una respuesta útil, yo ya ni siquiera puedo devolver el teclado o hacer un cambio, y lo compré en la tienda "oficial" de Razer en Mercado Libre Mexico. Razer se deslinda y me dice que no es su tienda oficial...

    Lo mismo que a tí, varias teclas que funcionan cuando quieren (i,o) y lag.

    i am sick and tired of using a keyboard which just dosnt work, i spent around $7k building beast of a system only to be bottlenecked by a keyboard. this just dosnt make any sense. if you dont refund me or offer me a replacement. i am just going to sell this off and get a different brand keyboard which actually works TBH. I have already tried everything in your excel sheet and the bios drivers. Disconnecting the keyboard at boot also dosnt work as how else am i going to use my pc without a keyboard!? connecting it back after boot still take 5 minutes as the whole system is stuck due to keyboard.

    Razer please get your act together and either offer an estimate as to when this will be fixed or just replace/refund our keyboards with a model that actually works!!!

    Hey Akshat! The internal case is still pending for the Razer Huntsman Tournament Edition's performance-related issue. I've notified the team again and ask the investigation progress. I'll update this thread or send you a PM once I have a follow-up from the team.

    Thanks for letting me know. Please send me your computer's Razer Synapse logs too so I can assist you in generating a case and submit it to our Support Team and devs. Save the compressed files via Google Drive or any online drive account, then paste the link in your PM.

    Well when i sent my fist Hunstman mini back due to a faulty LED on the keyboard the RMA procedure was painful and very lenghty.

    Oh and they send out the wrong colour... WTF i mean it isnt even the same color. My original was black and they sent me a white one.. you couldnt write this stuff.

    I then messaged the RMA email back that we were using for contact regarding the full procedure and said you have sent me a white one and the reply i got was to start another RMA ticket as that one was closed and there was nothing they could do.

    Absolutely one of the worst experiences i have ever recieved from a company.

    Oh and to top it off we have the firmware issues to deal with..

    Way to go razor.

    Thanks for sharing. Please send me your previous case number or email address via PM so I can check your contact history and what transpired in the RMA request. There may be no replacement stock for your preferred keyboard model/design or the team has sent an incorrect keyboard color. I'll pick it up from there.
