Huntsman V2 Issues

I recently purchased a Huntsman V2 and it worked fine on my old computer which had a USB-C slot, however my new computer that I purchased yesterday does not have a USB-C slot and the keyboard doesn't work at all. There is no functionality at all and no lighting.

The Hunstman V2 should've come with an adapter, it was in the clear plastic casing that came in the box. I use the adapter myself, since I only have a single USB-C slot that's already in use. If you look at the instruction manual, in one of the very first steps it shows you the adapter.
Try stopping the Razer Synapse service. Mine doesn't work whenever the service runs. Support have been looking at the issue with me for over a month and we're way off a fix for it
