so, I have been using the Hyperflux Mamba and Firefly for a while now, never any issues until tonight. All of a sudden the mouse just cuts out for a good 10 seconds then comes back for like 3 and it just repeats. If I unplug it from the pad and put it directly in the mouse, it works just fine, but then that defeats the purpose.

Anyone else have this issue? Like I said, it has worked fine for months until just now.

  2. On a specific part of the mat, it loses power and I have to move it to another part of the pad wait few secs before it gets power again.

Well, this is like right smack dab in the middle of the mat... :slightly_sad:

Brother, I have the same issue and I already went through replacement. I think this mouse is just faulty or it wasn't tested enough in various environments.

But Hey!!! It worked for every single reviewer out there :)

Ya I actually did a review on this product. And I thought it was amazing. but what the hell is this? lol. It hasn't had any issues for months, this is the first time it has happened.

My Razer Mamba Hyperflux does not always light up / turn on, but the Firefly HyperFlux remains on.
This could be due to external interference. To help with this issue, please adhere to the following tips regarding the placement of your Hyperflux Mat and Mouse:

    • Do not place the Razer Firefly HyperFlux Mat on top of any metallic surface or structure.
    • Do not place metallic objects, cellphones, charging docks, or wireless charging devices within 20 cm / 8 inches of the Razer Firefly HyperFlux's surroundings.
    • Do not place the Razer Firefly HyperFlux within 1 meter of another Razer Firefly HyperFlux.
    • Do not place the Razer Firefly HyperFlux within 1 meter of a Wi-Fi router.

I just got my mouse and had the issue once... looks like I may have to relocate my router. Kind of poop... but the Huntsman Elite and Hyperflux Mamba feel so damn good... I don't mix and match parts so it's either all or nothing.

I have the same issue, and the replacement prosess is so damn long. Been chatting with razer support for about two weeks now. It has gone so far I just want the mouse+mat returned and use the money on another product/brand.

have you updated the firmware. I've noticed the issue all but disappear after doing the firmware update on the mouse and the pad.
