So now, I basically have a $4000 bricked machine after only 2 years of use, and of course it is out of warranty support. I guess my only option is to buy a new Razer laptop? I've never had these kinds of problems with Dell, so I am now leaving Razer to go back to a more stable machine, and with much, MUCH better support options.
A complete waste of money, with horrible support. And the Razer software is an absolute joke as it just starts whenever it feels like, and updates itself without warning with no way to cancel it. I do like Razer peripherals, but will never, ever purchase another Razer laptop ever again. By far the worst experience I've ever had, especially as a power user who depends on computers to make a living. Now that Dell has serious offerings at A) a better price point and with better support, I would recommend sticking with them. With lots of Razer peripherals of course :-)
Razer, if you're listening, how can I get my $4000 machine working again? It's absolutely insane that I barely even got 2 years of use out of it, and that you guys sent me a machine that barely worked after the RMA process. I'm pretty pissed about the money I've wasted, as well as all the downtime.
