I am having problems with my razer kraken pro

  1. I don't know much about headsets or similar things, but here it is:
    Hello, I just bought my new Razer Kraken and I plugged it in my laptop, audio is great but skype doesn't recognize my speaker! I really don't know what to do even after hours of searching (I'm in brazil btw so buying things on eBay will not be an option).

    I'm sorry to hear that this is happening to you with your new headset. I've seen people mention this in other threads, so you may wish do search through the Audio section and see if you can find information that might help you out. However, Razer Insider is not support forum, so if you'd like to receive the most accurate and up-to-date assistance then I recommend that you contact Razer Customer Support and submit a ticket. They should get back to you within 2-4 days, but if you do not hear from them then you can send a private message to either @Razer|Rapture_Hearts or to @Razer|Jaisani_Choe with your support ticket case ID number (found in the auto-responder e-mail you will receive when you submit the ticket) and request that they look into your ticket and see what's holding up the process. Best of luck finding the answers you're looking for.
