Well, you can't re-register the product to that account (but you can keep it for future warranty claims!) BUT, you can make new profiles with it. For instance, if you came to my house and logged onto synapse, you could use all your profiles on my keyboard. That is the nice thing about their cloud based system.

Then don't register your peripherals with that second account.
It'd be like your friend is borrowing your peripherals for the time being, and is using their own Synapse account. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Thank you guys very much. You have no idea how much I love this hardware and the concept in general. My very first post on this site was gushing on account of the need for professionals in my field for this kind of work flow capability, but it has only worked some of the time.

Thanks again. I really hope you guys can point me in the right direction and if so, I will be a huge advocate and reaching out to others in my field. This is a very huge tool potential. AND if we can share profiles across the industry, that will be incredible too.

You most definitely can export profiles.
(Although I'm not sure if you should in your case. The profile itself might be corrupted?)

Click the three little dots to the right of the trash can symbol (that is below the Profile selector drop down menu), and select Export.

Technically speaking, if you had a business account, everyone could be using the same profiles! Now I will tell you if you really are fascinated by this stuff, you should DEFINITELY look here

EDIT: Lafars idea of exporting and importing profiles may be a much better idea.

Well, that's what you get for being a Vikings fan! Hah, jk.

I'm sorry you're having so much trouble. But just to set a few things straight, I've returned hundreds upon hundreds of items back to Amazon and have never paid a single dime of return shipping. I'm not sure what happened in your case, but you may be partly responsible for that. In any case, not Razer's fault.

Almost all of the Stealth products are exclusive to the Razer Store. That was intentional. The normal versions are widespread and sold everywhere while the Stealth are lesser known and intended for more advanced users that know what they want.

About the 'click-clack' keyboard noise...again, that is in no way Razer's fault at all. In fact, one of the main reasons people choose mechanical keyboard switches is for that very sound. I think you might have purchased your peripherals without thoroughly doing your research beforehand, because all mechanical keyboard switches are like this. There is one single keyboard on the market that uses 'silent' mechanical switches designed by Cherry MX, but even those make noise while typing.

You could also install o-rings to reduce the sound of the keys

It could be that your business has loaded up some funny software in your system that resets certain registry and stuff back to some default set. My employer does this and thus my mouse and keyboard are always on default settings.

What an intriguing hateful post to read...

    It's all on you, ultimately.

I think I can guess an answer for this one: I suspect it's because Razer still wants to retain some of their items as exclusives to the Razer online store, which is certainly their right. There are many companies who practice this, where you can only get certain items from a particular location.

So basically you are complaining about a mechanical keyboard which makes sounds, and having to click one button to login...gg

Oh, and just because you make $40 per hour doesn't mean razer costed you hundreds of dollars when you spend time to set things up during your own time. I make $40 an hour too, I wouldn't claim my constipation just costed me 80 bucks....

NO, I am complaining about software that repeatedly screws up profiles of mine and I have to go back and start over from scratch to rebuild everything for each of my software programs. All I do is what I normally do, I start my system and go to work. When neither the keyboard or the chroma are responding properly anymore, THAT is a huge problem that has cost me many hours of re-programming, re-installing, etc etc. Contacting customer support did not yield any solutions either. PLUS, in my research online about this, there are a huge amount of people experiencing these same issues and not able to find solutions. We should be able to go into our accounts and delete all profiles in case of some kind of ...corruption or whatever is happening on Razer's end. It isnt on my end. So YES, this is costing me money due to lost time futzing around with something that should JUST WORK.

While I do understand everyone's frustration who is commenting here, I do strongly encourage you all to actually read ALL of the comments. Many of what is being re-iterated has already been addressed. Furthermore, I don't think making small, passing by comments yields any positive, constructive feedback or improvements.
@Grragnar, have any of the suggestions earlier by Lafar or myself been helpful?

BW Stealth is a Razerzone exclusive.

The fact that Razerzone does not communicate that and that it is not available information, is NOT Amazon's fault. To my point, this is Razer's responsibility.
